New e-Arrival Card Required for Non-Indian Nationals Flying to India
Starting 1 October 2025, all non-Indian nationals traveling to India will need to complete a new e-Arrival Card before boarding their flight. This mandatory requirement is part of India’s updated immigration process.
How to Complete the e-Arrival Card
- Submit the card online through the India Bureau of Immigration website
- Available from 72 hours to 24 hours before your flight
- No registration fee required
What Happens If You Don’t Complete It?
If you fail to complete the e-Arrival Card before travel:
- You will face a longer immigration process at the airport
- This may lead to delays in clearance
